You might have to declutter or redecorate in order to make your home more appealing. It’s about getting the balance right, you’re not creating a showhouse, you’re selling a home.

Talk to your solicitor or appoint one. You will need to get the title documents from the bank if you have a mortgage on your home and your solicitor will have to prepare the contract for sale.
BER and Land Registry Map

The BER is required before your home is listed for sale and your solicitor will need a Land Registry Map for the contract. I can assist you with arranging this.
